How is my appointment scheduled?

When you submit your information, you will select an available day and time that works with your schedule.

What if I cannot provide all requested documents?

We will be happy to assist with medical record requests if needed.

What if I miss my appointment phone call?

Up to three attempts will be made to contact you.

What documents do I need to submit prior to my appointment?

When you go to Book Appointment and select your state, all required documents are listed.

How soon after my appointment will I receive my medical marijuana card?

You will receive your card within 24 hours of your appointment and receipt of all requested documents.

What if I do not qualify for a medical marijuana card?

If you do not qualify, your appointment fee will be refunded minus any credit card fees.
