Your appointment will be conducted by one of our board certified providers via telehealth.  Our goal is to conduct your appointment in a timely and efficient manner because we view your medical care as our priority.

Your telehealth visit will take place via video or telephone call.  This will allow you to consult with one of our healthcare providers from the comfort of your home without the need for an in-person visit.

During your telehealth visit, we will discuss your symptoms and medical history to determine if you have a qualifying diagnosis.  It is important to note that not all medical conditions will qualify.  Your visit will be held at no financial risk to you.  If you do not qualify, your appointment fee will be refunded minus any credit card fees.
