How is my appointment scheduled?

When you submit your information, your will be added to a queue for our first available provider to contact you as soon as possible.

How soon will I have my appointment after submitting my information?

Once all appropriate documentation is received, appointments are usually conducted within 48 hours.

What if I miss my appointment phone call?

Up to three attempts will be made to contact you.

What documents do I need to submit prior to my appointment?

When you go to Book Appointment and select your state, all required documents are listed.

How soon after my appointment will I receive my medical marijuana card?

You will receive your card within 24 hours.

What if I do not qualify for a medical marijuana card?

If you do not qualify, your appointment fee will be refunded minus any credit card fees.
